Cancellation Policy

Camp Cancellation & Tuition Credit Policy

At Bilingual Kids, staffing, materials, specialty programming, venue reservations, and preparation begin well in advance in order to provide a high-quality boutique camp experience for all families. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small-business policies.


Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the camp start date
Families are eligible for a refund minus a $100 administrative fee and applicable non-refundable payment processing fees (up to 5%). Families may also choose to receive full tuition credit toward a future Bilingual Kids program.


Cancellations made 15–30 days prior to the camp start date
Families are eligible for a 50% tuition refund minus a $100 administrative fee and applicable non-refundable payment processing fees (up to 5%). In lieu of a partial refund, families may choose to receive full tuition credit toward a future Bilingual Kids program.


Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the camp start date
Due to staffing, materials, scheduling, and reserved space commitments, tuition becomes non-refundable at this stage. Families will receive tuition credit toward a future Bilingual Kids program, minus a $100 administrative fee and applicable non-refundable payment processing fees (up to 5%).


Tuition credits 

 Should a cancellation occur, families are welcome to transfer their tuition as a credit toward a future Bilingual Kids experience. Credits may be applied toward eligible programs and services offered through Bilingual Kids, including camps, online classes, after-school enrichment programs, private tutoring, workshops, and other educational offerings, subject to availability and approval.


 Program Changes, Low Enrollment & Emergency Cancellations

Bilingual Kids reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, relocate, or modify programs due to low enrollment, staffing changes, facility availability, safety concerns, severe weather, public health guidance, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God.

Should Bilingual Kids need to cancel a program prior to the start date, families will be offered either:

  • a tuition credit toward a future Bilingual Kids program or eligible service, or
  • a refund of tuition paid, minus any applicable non-refundable payment processing fees permitted by law.


Bilingual Kids is not responsible for incidental expenses incurred by families related to canceled or modified programs, including but not limited to travel arrangements, childcare, transportation, or missed activities.
