Cancellation Policy – Bilingual Kids

Please note that once you have registered your student with us it means that we have reserved a spot in our camps and classes exclusively for your student.

Receive full refund up to 30 days before start date

(minus 10% processing and administrative fee)  

Receive a 50% of refund up 15 days prior to start date

(minus 10% processing and administrative fee)  

Receive a tuition credit upon being notified 14 days or less, equivalent to the the full cost

for any camp, class, or program

Classes: attendance needs at least 24 hour notice

to receive a make up credit

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at sharonz@bilingualkidssandiego.com

*Tuition Credit: If a cancellation occurs you will receive a credit and may transfer the full balance of your current reservation towards any future camp, or any of the services listed on Bilingual Kids website which include but not limited to: online classes, after school enrichment programs, private tutoring, etc.

*Exceptions to our cancelation policy may be modified on a case by case basis.
