Program Enrollment
By registering for any Bilingual Kids program, including camps, classes, workshops, tutoring, or enrichment sessions, you acknowledge and agree to all terms, policies, and procedures outlined herein.
Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of a completed registration form and applicable payment or deposit.
Payment Terms
A deposit or full tuition payment is required to reserve your child’s space in a program.
Any remaining balance must be paid prior to the start of the program unless an approved payment arrangement has been established in advance.
Bilingual Kids reserves the right to release unpaid or incomplete registrations if payment requirements are not met within the designated timeframe.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, JotForm, or other approved payment platforms.

Behavior Policy

Families acknowledge that children are expected to participate respectfully and follow program rules, safety guidelines, and staff direction at all times.
Bilingual Kids reserves the right to suspend, dismiss, or remove a participant from a program if a child’s behavior is determined to be:
While reasonable efforts may be made to communicate concerns and support behavioral success when appropriate, Bilingual Kids reserves the right to require immediate removal in situations involving safety concerns, physical aggression, repeated disruption, or conduct deemed harmful to the program environment.
No refunds, credits, or make-up sessions will be issued in cases involving suspension, dismissal, or removal due to behavioral concerns or violation of program policies.
