Terms & Conditions

Program Enrollment

By registering for any Bilingual Kids program, including camps, classes, workshops, tutoring, or enrichment sessions, you acknowledge and agree to all terms, policies, and procedures outlined herein.

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of a completed registration form and applicable payment or deposit.

Payment Terms

A deposit or full tuition payment is required to reserve your child’s space in a program.

Any remaining balance must be paid prior to the start of the program unless an approved payment arrangement has been established in advance.

Bilingual Kids reserves the right to release unpaid or incomplete registrations if payment requirements are not met within the designated timeframe.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, JotForm, or other approved payment platforms.

Payment Plans

To support families, approved payment plans may be offered under the following terms:

  • All payment plans must be completed in full by the specified due dates.
  • By enrolling in a payment plan, families agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of attendance, withdrawal, or schedule changes.
  • Missed, declined, or failed payments may result in:
    • Immediate balance due
    • Temporary suspension from the program until the account is brought current
    • Loss of reserved placement in the program

By submitting payment information, families authorize Bilingual Kids to process approved scheduled payments and any outstanding authorized balances associated with enrollment.

Behavior Policy

At Bilingual Kids, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, inclusive, and positive environment for all participants, staff, and families.

Families acknowledge that children are expected to participate respectfully and follow program rules, safety guidelines, and staff direction at all times.

Bilingual Kids reserves the right to suspend, dismiss, or remove a participant from a program if a child’s behavior is determined to be:

  • Unsafe
  • Aggressive or physically harmful
  • Repeatedly disruptive
  • Threatening toward themselves, other participants, or staff
  • Destructive to property or program materials
  • Incompatible with the safe and positive operation of the program

While reasonable efforts may be made to communicate concerns and support behavioral success when appropriate, Bilingual Kids reserves the right to require immediate removal in situations involving safety concerns, physical aggression, repeated disruption, or conduct deemed harmful to the program environment.

No refunds, credits, or make-up sessions will be issued in cases involving suspension, dismissal, or removal due to behavioral concerns or violation of program policies.

Health & Safety

To help maintain a safe and healthy environment for all participants, parents and guardians agree to:

  • Disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, behavioral concerns, learning needs, or special accommodations at the time of registration
  • Keep children home if they are experiencing illness, fever, vomiting, contagious symptoms, or any condition that may place others at risk
  • Provide accurate emergency contact, medical, and authorized pickup information
  • Authorize Bilingual Kids staff to seek emergency medical care if a parent or emergency contact cannot be reached in a timely manner

Bilingual Kids reserves the right to refuse attendance if a child appears too ill to safely participate in program activities.
